Once we figured out our location and how to get to central Vienna, it was not bad, about 15-19 minute walk. The hotel is close to bus stops and a couple restaurants. We had to take a taxi/Uber a few times to get to destination because it wasn’t as easy to navigate at first… the hotel was super friendly, the breakfast was amazing! Loved that they had a coffee machine that makes espresso and cappuccinos and uses lactose free milk - that was a first! They had several types of cereals, all kinds of breads and croissants, cheeses, meats, spreads, jams, fruits, etc … lots of choices for picky eaters! The staff was very helpful with directions, maps, any assistance!

Excellent spacious, suite with lovely corner window views.. Very modern but sympathetic to the character interior architecture. Individual style of the breakfast room and small lounge/bar on the ground floor. Staff more than willing to source bespoke breads and other tasty breakfast items. Really helpful advice on getting around Vienna, including transport tickets and passes available at cost price from reception. Short walk to Schottentor for trams, busses and underground.

A very good breakfast. Everyhing you want... very good little breads, lot of cheese, ham and fruits. good coffee...even fish and warm dishes. The location is amazing, 100 m from the Rathaus, and in the period we were there it was the Film Festival..... some great nights, with artistic culture and gastronomic culture! Something for everybody! Amazing stay... We had a very welcome welcome drink!! A nice surprise!

I also like how some tea and coffee was provided in the room. I managed to explore most of Vienna and the location of the hotel to all the major sights was amazing. I also found it easy to get to the metro to get to the airport.

Despite the cold outside the room was cosy, warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly. Facilities are basic with a very small bar, a breakfast restaurant and a small lounge.
